Fiberhome AN6000 OLT series GPOA 16-port GPON Card.

GPOA is a 16-port GPON card, which can be used in the chassis of Fiberhome brand  AN6000-7, AN6000-15, AN6000-17, and AN6000-2.

Gigabit Passive Optical Network (GPON) is a PON technology defined in the ITU-T G.984 series of standards. 

GPOA application

The GPON access technology provides high-bandwidth transmission, overcomes the bandwidth bottleneck in twisted pair access, and caters to users’ demand for high bandwidth services.

Advantages of GPON application:

High density: Supports the split ratio of 1:128. The GPOA card allows access of up to 2048 subscribers.

High bandwidth: GPON can provide a bandwidth of 1.25 Gbit/s in the uplink direction and 2.5 Gbit/s in the downlink direction. The bandwidth can be smoothly migrated to 10 Gbit/s.

HQoS: Ensures that 4K-resolution video programs are not suspended in case of bandwidth congestion.

FEC functions: Enhances fault tolerance of the system to ODN errors.

GPOA hight-lights

Supports Type B and Type C protections to ensure the reliability of mobile backhaul services as well as government and enterprise customer services.
Supports clock synchronization, and provides a low-cost solution for mobile backhaul services.
Transmits data in an efficient way:
Encapsulates all the data to be transmitted into 125 us frames (fixed length frames) with the new GEM encapsulation structure, which uses fewer transmission overhead bytes and improves the transmission efficiency.
The transmission efficiency can reach 93% when the downlink rate is 2.5 Gbit/s and the uplink rate is 1.25 Gbit/s.
Provides clock and time synchronization with high precision. Uses the system time transfer protocol defined in IEEE 802. 1as, and supports IEEE1588 V2.

 The downlink average transmission delay (when the traffic is no more than 90% of the system throughput) is less than 1 ms   (packets of all sizes are counted).

    2. A valid proof of purchase (order number, invoice, etc.) must be provided.
    3. Clear evidence of the defect, such as photos or videos, must be submitted for verification.
  • Shipping Costs for Returns:
    If the return is due to quality issues, Huatelecom will cover the international shipping costs for returning the product.

  • Refund Processing:
    Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 7 business days. The refund will be issued through the original payment method, and processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

2. Exchange Policy

  • Eligibility for Exchanges (Quality Issues Only):
    You may request an exchange if the product develops a quality issue within 15 calendar days of receipt. The conditions for eligibility are:

    1. The product must be returned with all original packaging, accessories, and manuals.
    2. Proof of purchase and evidence of the defect must be provided.
  • Shipping Costs for Exchanges:
    Huatelecom will bear the international shipping costs for the exchange.

  • Exchange Process:
    Upon receiving the defective product, we will inspect it and send a replacement product within 7 business days.

3. Warranty Service

  • Coverage During the Warranty Period:
    For products within the warranty period, if quality issues arise, we will provide a replacement free of charge with your next order. No additional shipping costs will be incurred for the replacement.

  • Out-of-Warranty Repairs:
    For products outside the warranty period, repairs can be arranged. However, customers will need to cover theround-trip international shipping costs for sending the product to us and receiving it back after repair.

4. Damages or Loss During Shipping

  • For Customers Who Purchased Shipping Insurance:
    If the product is damaged or lost during shipping, the insurance company will compensate for the loss. Customers must:

    1. Submit a compensation claim within 15 calendar days of the order being shipped.
    2. Provide required documentation, such as photos of the damaged packaging, damaged product, or proof of non-delivery.
    3. Huatelecom will assist in the claim process to ensure timely resolution.
  • For Customers Without Shipping Insurance:
    If you choose not to purchase shipping insurance, Huatelecom will not be liable for any damages or losses incurred during transit.
