Buyer Guide

Need to purchase network equipment online but lack experience? Hua Telecom provides you with a professional procurement guide! Even if you are shopping online for the first time, there is no need to worry. We have prepared three simple purchasing plans specifically for new users.

Step 1: Enquiry

Please Contact Us , give us your need items & Qty.

Step 2:Quotation

Once you receive your inquiry, our sales manager will quote you quickly and charge you for shipping.

Step 3: Confirm the details

Confirm our quotes, including shipping and payment methods.
If the weight is less than 45 kg, please take express delivery, such as: DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc. This is a door-to-door service.
If it exceeds 45 kg, please take air cargo, which is the airport to the airport service.
We also accept our own arrangement of shipments.

Step 4: Formal Invoice

After receiving your shipment information, our sales staff will send you a proforma invoice with payment information.

Step 5: Payment

Please inform us after payment. Our sales staff will process your order and prepare the goods for you in advance. When your payment arrives, we will arrange shipment for you immediately.

We support: T/T Bank Transfer, Western Union, PayPal, China UnionPay, LC (Letter of Credit), Alipay.

Step 6: Delivery

We will update your tracking number, AWB or Bill of Lading as soon as possible.

Step 7: Delivery Confirmation

After receiving the goods, please confirm the receipt with our sales department.
