1-Year Warranty

Hua Telecom ensures that products undergo strict quality control from raw material procurement to the entire manufacturing process. In addition, we guarantee repairs to the original purchaser's material and manufacturing defects. If there is a problem with your product, Huadian will provide maintenance services for products that have not exceeded the after-sales warranty period.

Warranty Term

For products that meet the following conditions, you can enjoy return and exchange services within 30 days from the date of delivery of the original order.
Full refund: can be attributed to Hua Telecom's return or exchange, such as products with defects or quality issues despite all components and good appearance, errors, lost items, or products that do not match the actual purchase.
Partial refund: When returning or exchanging, if the components are lost but the product appearance is not damaged and returned in its original packaging, or if the product or its appearance is severely damaged due to customer misuse, affecting its resale value.

Warranty Limitations

Free warranty program: During the warranty period, Hua Telecom’s warranty only covers defects caused by normal use, logistics damage, quality issues, etc. We will pay for the round-trip shipping cost of the warranty project.
Free warranty excluded liability:
1. The product has exceeded the warranty period.
2. Unauthorized disassembly, modification, and any other damage caused by human factors.
3. Damage caused by natural disasters such as impacts, fires, lightning strikes, floods, or human negligence.
4. Damage to equipment casing, power supply, etc. caused by improper operation during use.
5. Please note that customized products can only be changed or cancelled before we begin production unless approved.
