Introduction

This Huawei switch comes with 8*10/100/1000BASE-T ports, 4*10GE SFP+ ports,1*AC power fixed.

Cloud Engine S5735-L series switches are ideal for scenarios such as enterprise campus network access and gigabit to the desktop. Built on next-generation, high-performance hardware and the Huawei Versatile Routing Platform (VRP), Cloud Engine S5735-L switches stand out with compelling features such as intelligent stack (iStack), flexible Ethernet networking, and diversified security control. They support multiple Layer 3 routing protocols and provide high performance and service processing capabilities.

To restore the factory settings and reset the switch, hold down the button for at least 6 seconds.

To reset the switch, press the button.

Resetting the switch will cause service interruption. Exercise caution when you press the PNP button.

The USB port can have a USB flash drive connected to upgrade the switch, or transfer configuration files or other files. The USB port can only connect to a USB flash drive that complies with USB 2.0.

USB flash drives from different vendors differ in model compatibility and drivers. If a USB flash drive cannot be used, try to replace it with another one from a mainstream vendor. Switches support a maximum of 128 GB USB flash drives.

2. Exchange Policy

  • Eligibility for Exchanges (Quality Issues Only):
    You may request an exchange if the product develops a quality issue within 15 calendar days of receipt. The conditions for eligibility are:

    1. The product must be returned with all original packaging, accessories, and manuals.
    2. Proof of purchase and evidence of the defect must be provided.

  • Shipping Costs for Exchanges:
    Huatelecom will bear the international shipping costs for the exchange.

  • Exchange Process:
    Upon receiving the defective product, we will inspect it and send a replacement product within 7 business days.

3. Warranty Service

  • Coverage During the Warranty Period:
    For products within the warranty period, if quality issues arise, we will provide a replacement free of charge with your next order. No additional shipping costs will be incurred for the replacement.

  • Out-of-Warranty Repairs:
    For products outside the warranty period, repairs can be arranged. However, customers will need to cover theround-trip international shipping costs for sending the product to us and receiving it back after repair.

4. Damages or Loss During Shipping

  • For Customers Who Purchased Shipping Insurance:
    If the product is damaged or lost during shipping, the insurance company will compensate for the loss. Customers must:

    1. Submit a compensation claim within 15 calendar days of the order being shipped.
