Restrictions and remarks | 1. By default, the ports work in standard Ethernet mode. To change the port mode to FlexE, run the flexe enable port command in the system view. When a port works in GE or 10GE WAN mode, it cannot switch to the FlexE mode. 2. A port working in FlexE mode cannot connect to a standard 10GE port. 3. When a port is configured as a FlexE GE-granularity port, the port can only work with a Huawei FlexE GE-granularity port that complies with the same protocol. 4. Ports 0 to 3 belong to a port group, and ports 4 to 7 belong to another one. In LAN/WAN switching, the mode of ports in a port group must be switched at the same time. 5. Slots 1, 2, 13, and 14 of the NetEngine 8000 M14 do not support FlexE. 6. It can serve as the internal communication interface card for FlexE port extension on the master side. |
