Introduction

Huawei S5720-32X-EI-24S-AC with 24*100/1000BASE-X ports, 4*10/100/1000BASE-T ports, 4*10GE SFP+ ports, 2* QSFP+ stack optical ports,1*AC power input fixed.


The S5720 series switches are energy-saving gigabit Ethernet switches, building on high-performance hardware, store-and-forward mode, and Huawei Versatile Routing Platform (VRP), the S5720 series support intelligent Stack (iStack), flexible Ethernet networking, and diversified security control. They provide customers with green, easy-to-manage, easy-to-expand, and cost-effective gigabit to the desktop solutions.

2. Exchange Policy

  • Eligibility for Exchanges (Quality Issues Only):

    Huatelecom will bear the international shipping costs for the exchange.

3. Warranty Service

  • Coverage During the Warranty Period:
    For products within the warranty period, if quality issues arise, we will provide a replacement free of charge with your next order. No additional shipping costs will be incurred for the replacement.

  • Out-of-Warranty Repairs:
    For products outside the warranty period, repairs can be arranged. However, customers will need to cover theround-trip international shipping costs for sending the product to us and receiving it back after repair.

4. Damages or Loss During Shipping

    If the product is damaged or lost during shipping, the insurance company will compensate for the loss. Customers must:
