
S7703 Hardware Description
Introduction
Huawei S7703 Switch is one of the S7700 series smart switches, and the S7700 series switches are smart routing switches designed for next-generation enterprise networks. The S7700 series switches can offer voice, video, and data services, helping enterprises build routing and switching integrated end-to-end networks.
The S7700 series design is based on Huawei’s intelligent multi-layer switching technology to provide intelligent service optimization methods, such as MPLS VPN, traffic analysis, comprehensive HQoS policies, controllable multicast, load balancing, and security, in addition to high-performance Layer 2 to Layer 4 switching services. The S7700 also features super scalability and reliability.
The S7703 chassis provides two system power supply slots: PWR1 and PWR2, which support DC and AC power modules. PWR1 is in area A, and PWR2 is in area B. Area A and area B act as a hot backup of each other.
The S7703 chassis is 4 U high (1 U = 44.45 mm). When the chassis has no cable management frame installed, the dimensions (H x W x D) are 175 mm x 442 mm x 517.4 mm. When the chassis has cable management frames installed, the dimensions (H x W x D) are 175 mm x 442 mm x 585 mm.

2. Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Exchanges (Quality Issues Only):
You may request an exchange if the product develops a quality issue within 15 calendar days of receipt. The conditions for eligibility are:- The product must be returned with all original packaging, accessories, and manuals.
- Proof of purchase and evidence of the defect must be provided.

Huatelecom will bear the international shipping costs for the exchange. -
Exchange Process:
Upon receiving the defective product, we will inspect it and send a replacement product within 7 business days.
3. Warranty Service

Coverage During the Warranty Period:
For products within the warranty period, if quality issues arise, we will provide a replacement free of charge with your next order. No additional shipping costs will be incurred for the replacement. -
Out-of-Warranty Repairs:
For products outside the warranty period, repairs can be arranged. However, customers will need to cover theround-trip international shipping costs for sending the product to us and receiving it back after repair.
4. Damages or Loss During Shipping

For Customers Who Purchased Shipping Insurance:
If the product is damaged or lost during shipping, the insurance company will compensate for the loss. Customers must:- Submit a compensation claim within 15 calendar days of the order being shipped.
- Provide required documentation, such as photos of the damaged packaging, damaged product, or proof of non-delivery.
- Huatelecom will assist in the claim process to ensure timely resolution.
