Choose HUTQ for 25G high-bandwidth upgrades and HUVQ for ultra-large-scale 10G coverage, offering more precise bandwidth adaptation.

Q2: Is ZTE HUTQ compatible with 10G optical modems?

A2: Yes, the 25G-EPON port is backward compatible with 10G-EPON optical modems. Existing 10G users can directly connect to the HUTQ's 25G port without changing the terminal; simply enable "mixed speed mode" in the OLT interface. The configuration process takes less than 10 minutes.

Q3: Does ZTE HUTQ's 25G bandwidth require dedicated fiber optic cable?

A3: No dedicated fiber optic cable is required. Existing G.652/G.655 standard fiber optic cables can be reused. Only the optical modules need to be replaced with 25G specifications. The fiber reuse rate is 100%, avoiding rewiring and reducing the cost of 25G upgrades by 50%.

  • Eligibility for Exchanges (Quality Issues Only):

  • Shipping Costs for Exchanges:
    Huatelecom will bear the international shipping costs for the exchange.

  • Exchange Process:

  • Coverage During the Warranty Period:
    For products within the warranty period, if quality issues arise, we will provide a replacement free of charge with your next order. No additional shipping costs will be incurred for the replacement.

  • Out-of-Warranty Repairs:
    For products outside the warranty period, repairs can be arranged. However, customers will need to cover theround-trip international shipping costs for sending the product to us and receiving it back after repair.

4. Damages or Loss During Shipping

    If the product is damaged or lost during shipping, the insurance company will compensate for the loss. Customers must:

    1. Submit a compensation claim within 15 calendar days of the order being shipped.
